Reservation Policies

Hotel Policies


Holidays rates may differ from regular rates.


Rates do not include 11.95% Tax

  • State 6.25%
  • State Occupancy 5.7% 


All room rates are based on double occupancy.


5 years or older, $10.00 per person/per night fee.


  • Check- in  : 3:00pm


  • Check-out :11:00am


  • No Smoking in Rooms

($250.00 fine will be applied, for smoking in rooms)


  • Sorry, we have a "no pet policy"
  • (Any guest found in violation of "The no pets policy" will be ask to vacate the property immediately and no refund will be given.)
  • $250 cleaning fee will added for any pet violations.


Deposit Policy


A deposit of one night's charge, will be taken after reservation is made.


Cancellation Policy


If you cancel 14 days prior to arrival, you will be given a full refund of your deposit.


If you cancel after the 14 days, prior to your arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.


If there is a no show on reservation(s) , your deposit(s) will not be refunded.


If you leave before your reservation is expired, a refund will only be given if hotel is able to rent the room for the same time period of your reservation. 


If your payment or deposit was made by credit card, we will refund you on that same credit card.


If your payment or deposit was paid in advance in cash or credit, a refund will be returned to you within 10 business days.
